AEGIS // DRONE DOME
A simulated swarm of mini drones holds slots on a hemispherical shell around an asset. When a radar track is classified as hostile, the best-placed drone leaves the shell to capture it, and the rest of the shell re-spaces itself to close the gap.

Each one opens a 3D replay. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, and scrub the timeline. Add #t=8.5 to the URL to start at that moment.
ProbeThree spaced hostiles, one weaving, plus benign traffic that should be ignored.3/3 captured · 0 benign touched
RaidEight simultaneous hostiles from one sector.8/8 captured
SurroundTwelve hostiles from every direction at once, plus passers-by.12/12 captured
AmbushFive 40 m/s low-altitude threats down one lane, faster than the drones.5/5 captured
Saturation36 hostiles against 24 drones, mixed speeds, 30% weaving.24 captured · shell exhausted by design
Pipeline (every 50 ms tick)
- Sense: radar reports with range-dependent noise and missed scans
- Track: IMM filter per track with Hungarian association
- Assess: hostile if the projected path enters the shell
- Assign: Hungarian drone-to-threat assignment that minimizes time to intercept
- Guide: lead pursuit to the predicted intercept point
- Heal: Fibonacci-lattice re-layout of the remaining shell
